Adv. Korczak has earned her master´s degree in law (LL.M) from Tel Aviv University (2011) and a bachelor´s degree in law (LL.B) and business administration (B.A) from the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya (2007).

She joined the Israeli Bar Association in 2008. 

Adv. Korczak is a legal assistant of Judge (Ret.) Lebhar Sharon in complex mediation proceedings in various civil law fields.

Prior to joining the firm, Adv. Korczak served as associate in the litigation and real estate department at Banai, Azriel Stern Law firm, as part of her position she dealt, among other things, with the representation of commercial companies in a wide variety of fields, including: Business disputes, contracts and agreements, corporate law, class actions, tenders and administrative petitions. In addition Adv. Korczak dealt with legal consulting in a wide variety of real estate transactions. 

Prior to that, Adv. Korczak served as a legal assistant to the Honorable Judge Michal Barak Nevo at the Magistrate´s Court in Tel Aviv-Jaffa and dealt, inter alia, in the areas of criminal-economic law (taxation and economic offenses, securities offenses, police duties and arrests). 

Adv. Korczak interned in the office of Zellermeier Philosoph & Co. in Tel Aviv, where she dealt, among other things, in the areas of commercial law (mergers and acquisitions, contracts and agreements in a variety of fields, company secretarial, transactions and agreements with controlling parties of companies as well as drafting lease and sale agreements in real estate transactions). 

Adv. Korczak served in the IDF in the Office of the Head of the Technology and Logistics Division.
