Leading conflict resolution processes, including international arbitration and mediation, in commercial disputes, holding exceptional expertise in insurance, reinsurance, finance, real estate and tech.   

With over 20 years of experience and expertise in senior management roles in the insurance industry, serving as Vice President in a local insurance company, Senior Vice President at the international insurance broker (Marsh), and holding C-Level and Advisory board member positions in global insurtech companies. Primary responsibilities in these roles included: negotiations and partnerships with reinsurance, large commercial clients with complex systems, drafting policy guidelines and handling claims across all insurance sectors, property and casualty insurance, product and professional liability, health, and life insurance.

Specialized in directors´ liability, cyber insurance, and risk assessment.     

Managing mediation processes since 1999 and arbitration processes since 2014.    

Lecturing in academic and professional forums - Bachelor´s degree in insurance from Netanya Academic College, directors´ training at the Bar Association / CPA´s, judges´ seminars, directors´ and cyber insurance.    

Providing expert opinions for court cases in the insurance industry, audit reports (DD) to boards of directors on the suitability of complex insurance systems.    

Serving as a non-executive director in various public companies in real estate and finance sectors and advising venture capital funds.    

Bachelor´s degree in law from Tel Aviv University.
Master´s degree in Science of Management from NYU (POLY NY).
